Employment

NCCA looks for teachers who inspire students to love the material rather than merely know the material, who encourage our children to know God more fully, and who desire to become part of building a community. Teachers who, themselves, possess a deep Christian faith, which is demonstrated by a clear, personal relationship with Christ, by faithful participation in the life of a local church, and by character that is above reproach. Teachers will unreservedly agree with and promote the beliefs, mission, and vision of NCCA and possess a robust Christian worldview. New City Classical Academy does not require state certification for teachers. We have found that our form of education works best when we seek those who share our values and have a natural teaching ability.
