The Golden Gryphon Fund

Expanding access, strengthening community.

One of the clearest expressions of this culture is the Golden Gryphon Fund, which provides need-based scholarships to families who desire a NCCA education but cannot afford full tuition. Through this fund, generosity opens doors. It allows students to enter into a community that will shape their character, sharpen their minds, and prepare them for lives of purpose. It also strengthens the school itself. Each additional student enriches the classroom, contributes to school life, and helps sustain the breadth of programs that define the NCCA experience. Financially, the Golden Gryphon Fund helps maintain affordability for all families. By supporting enrollment growth, the fund allows us to distribute operating costs across a larger population, keeping tuition rates lower without compromising the NCCA experience. In this way, giving is not only an act of compassion. It is an investment in the life and vitality of the entire school.

It is easy to think of education in transactional terms—tuition paid in exchange for a service rendered. But at New City Classical Academy, the reality is different. When a family enrolls, they are not simply purchasing an education. They are entering into a partnership. The school becomes, in a meaningful sense, part of the family’s work and ministry. Funding Growth

Generosity founded (and is growing) New City Classical Academy.

As a young institution, New City Classical Academy already offers a caliber of faculty and program depth far beyond its years. Our mission is to provide an excellent, mature classical Christian education that will eventually be fully sustained by tuition alone. However, during these foundational years, delivering this standard of excellence requires the generous support of donors like you. The Academy Fund is the engine behind our growth. It provides the elite staffing and diverse programming typical of a school twice our size or with a significantly higher tuition rate. Currently, this fund keeps a New City Classical Academy education accessible while delivering an experience that would otherwise remain out of reach until our enrollment hits 560 students. This means every student benefits from your generosity. In effect, each family receives a "silent scholarship" made possible by those who invest in our mission. Without this culture of giving, we would face a difficult choice: significantly increase tuition or compromise the quality of our programs. Neither aligns with the vision of New City Classical Academy.
